**** Both Clearwire and Sprint Nextel are combining their wireless broadband
network into a joint venture. They want their customers to be able to access
their Mobile phones and laptops from anywhere in the country by providing a new
wireless connection called WiiMax. They will be able to provide faster
accessing by 70 megabits per second than the system now used.

* Starting in 2010 AT&T on building a new Long Term Evolution Technology
network their speed will be maximum speed of 100 megabits, if their plans work out.

* Verizon wireless has had on going plans for on building its own with the LTE
technology beginning earlier this year.

* T-Mobile is also updating by building UMTS HSPA technology network with maxmum
speeds of14 megabits per second. They also are providers for WiFi hospots have
the potential to reach speeds up to 54 megabits per second. They have no
plans in the future to upgrade to LTE technology.
